Connie Bosse is the Vice President of Public Service for Kaplan University. She oversees the College of Arts and Sciences, School of General Education, and School of Graduate Education, and works with the respective deans to ensure the highest-quality teaching, curriculum content, and overall student experience. Having earned her own degree while in the workforce, Ms. Bosse draws on both personal and professional experience to develop programs that meet the needs of adult students and their employers. Under her leadership, the College of Arts and Sciences has grown from 1,000 students to 11,000 in just 4 years.

At Kaplan University, Connie Bosse has held several high-profile posts since joining the online institution at its inception in 2001, including her role as the first Dean of the School of Business. She also served as Dean of Undergraduate Studies with oversight responsibility for all academic deans. She led Kaplan University's development from a collection of numerous colleges into a central standardized organization with uniform curriculum, faculty, and academic policies.

Ms. Bosse holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Boston University.
