MT 460	MANAGEMENT POLICY AND STRATEGY	6 MANAGEMENT POLICY AND STRATEGY This course demonstrates how to create a strategic business plan. Students learn how to craft, communicate, implement, and monitor a strategic plan, reformulating it as the need arises.
